The total value of the developments of the CEE Group (Central European Estates Bv.), a well-known and significant investor on the Budapest and Central Eastern Europe real estate markets, is more than 60 million Euros. Among their developments, the already completed 178-apartment AMFI Apartment House and the Fiáth house, situated at the front of the Castle Hill in Buda, play a prominent role. In February CEE Group will start selling flats in the residential property development Toscana Garden, which will offer 225 small and mid- sized apartments in the 9th district to prospective buyers. The CEE Group development the AMFI Apartment House together with Raiffeisen Evolution Kft. Following the successful investment, the companies plan to build Teraszpark in the 10th distict, which will mean the construction of more than 800 apartments.
Besides residential properties, offices buildings and logistical construction projects also play a prominent role among the investments of the CEE Group.
Their significant international developments include the 200-apartment Bemowo Park residential property development in Warsaw, Poland, and the 12 thousand sqm Europe Buisness Center office building in Belgrade, Serbia- Montenegro.
The CEE Group has large number of real estate properties in the Netherlands, mostly office buildings.
