The Toscana Garden

The CEE Group started selling property in the 225-apartment residential development in the 9th district knows as Toscana Garden in February 2005.

Besides the carefully considered design and the high- standard construction, the builder will provide special services for its future residents: a fitness centre and swimming pool and an inner garden designed in Tuscan style. After analysing market research that took nearly a year to conduct, the builder concluded that in the 9th district, demand is mostly for small- and mid-sized flats. The architectural firm kept this in mind over the course of its design, and created one-and –a-half-and two-room flats. The most unique feature about this project is the wonderful view of Gellért Hill and the Buda hills from the flats, so clients can get a panoramic apartment at an extremely friendly price.

Location

The Toscana Kert is located in the 9th District, in Lenhossék Street. The building is close to the Danube, the Hungarian National Theatre and also to a big shopping center „Lurdy Ház”, where a large cinema and many shops are opened for the visitors. The transport is easy and fast to the center with the tram no. 30, no. 4 and no. 6, and also with the metro.
